For the purposes of Football League Regulations, we can confirm that no individuals own a significant interest (i.e. 10% or more) in the Club. We are a Trust-owned Football Club.

There are 201 separate shareholders listed in the register accounting for 34,577 shares, the remaining number (5,423) being made up of 5,106 (12.77%) nominally owned by untraceable account holders and which are held in suspense together with 317 un-issued ordinary shares.
Only one current shareholder owns 10% or more of the shares, that being the Exeter City AFC Supporters Society, who hold 53.20% of the authorised share capital of the company.
Two additional shareholders own 5.78% + 5.33% respectively, being the only other holdings over 5% and only two further shareholders have more than 1% of the share capital of the company.
