The club is aware that some fans are having trouble with the online ticketing system while trying to purchase Big Bank tickets for the Exeter City v Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, September 17, at 1pm.

The system has been checked and fans can still purchase tickets on the Big Bank for the game.

Supporters need to have javascript enabled to ensure the functionality a few of the online pages. Java is different, and will have no effect on the buying pages.

This is usually enabled by default in most browsers. If not, it can be turned on in the browser settings. In chrome, if you navigate to the Chrome settings, and then go to "Content Settings" or "Site Settings", you can enable or disable Javascript from there.

Supporters that cannot buy tickets may also have exceeded their allowance (it is maximum of five per customer) or do not have an allowance as they are not registered on the club's database. We urge any supporter having trouble purchasing tickets to contact us over the phone on 01392 411243, between 9.30am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday) or come into the club's reception between 9.30am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).
