EXETER CITY FC was delighted to welcome six-time world champion swimmer Mark Foster as an inspirational guest speaker during last week's training schedule.The event was hosted by The David Lloyd Club, Exeter.
Mark Foster is a successful motivational speaker specialising in the promotion of fitness and healthy lifestyles.
Mark, a personal friend of City manager Paul Tisdale and fellow Ted Baker ambassador, gave a presentation to the first team squad, focusing on his career spanning 5 Olympic Games. In the hour long session with the players, Mark gave some invaluable lessons on how to build and maintain a successful career. He then fielded questions on his training methods and his preparation for 'big' competition races.
Mark tweeted: "Good luck this weekend.... Thanks for your time today... "None of us is as smart as all of us."", before adding "Great result @OfficialECFC ...." following the final whistle at Home Park.
