Ability Counts End Of Season Review

Posted on: Wed 18 Nov 2009

Exeter City Ability Counts FC last season competed in the South West Ability Counts League.

All 3 teams did exceptionally well in their respected divisions, with the Premiership side finishing 3rd, the Championship team winning their division and the League team finishing runners-up.

Both the Championship team and League team qualified for Regional finals, with the Championship winning through to the National Finals which was held at The David Beckham Academy in London. After a very successful tournament, they remained unbeaten and were unfortunate to lose on penalties in the semi final.

This coming season sees another two new teams joining our already successful Club.

Anyone wishing to join the Ability Counts teams in any capacity please contact the FITC dept or call Paul 07792 910802 or look on the Exeter City website for details.

Overall it was a very successful season last year and we hope to build on that in the future.
