Under 9's Oxford Utd 5-5 Exeter City
City conceded an early goal after Dan Cullen made a couple of great saves but then the equaliser came after a long throw from Ollie Evans was headed on by Morgan Cullen and Jack Sparkes fired home. City took the lead when Sparkes set up James Doble who slotted the ball home before Oxford scored two goals in a close first quarter.
City drew level again when Cody Cox and Ollie Evans played a one-two and Evans slotted home coolly. Evans was on the score sheet again shortly when again the same two players combined, a Cox cross from the right being volleyed home by Evans.And he completed his hatrick to give the young Grecians a 5-3 lead. Oxford pulled back a late goal to end the half 5-4.
The third quarter saw some excellent football played by City. The boys kept the ball well and switched play when necessary trying to open up the United defence. The quarter ended with City having a slender lead with neither keeper making saves.
A tight fourth quarter saw Utd equalise and City were unlucky not to score the winner in the last minute of the game when the keeper saved from Matt Salter drive.
Men of the match - Ollie Evans and Cody Cox
Under 10's Exeter City 0-4 Oxford United
Exeter played some good football at times but found it difficult to keep possession of the ball for long periods. Mitch Thomas had a shot that clipped the crossbar and a few half chances were missed.
Trialists Ollie Jarrett and Morgan Pearce showed some neat touches in their first games for City.

Under 11's Oxford Utd 4-1 Exeter City
The highlight for City was a long range goal from Rudi Small who turned and fired home from outside the penalty box.
There was some excellent combination play between Jacob Rowe, Max Smallcombe and Jack Thomas which created further chances for City to score goals. Some defensive errors cost City the result but the game was evenly matched.
Finlay Marks saved a penalty in the third quarter and Tom O'Shea was unlucky not to score after cutting in from the wing late in the game only to see the United keeper make a good save.

Under 12's Exeter City 1-2 Oxford Utd
Exeter played all the football and dominated this game with some well worked passing play. Oxford took the lead when they latched onto a long goal kick from the keeper before City created numerous chances but failed to finish them. Mustafa Rehemi equalized with a good header from a Jack Mills cross and Exeter continued to dominate but were caught out trying to pass the ball out of defence leaving Oxford with an easy goal to win the game.

Under 13's Oxford Utd 4-1 Exeter City
After losing out in the first two periods the Under 13's came out in the final two periods and showed real character and great quality in their play to come away a victory over those periods.
Under 14's Exeter City 3-0 Oxford Utd
City struggled to produce their usual fluent passing game and the performance was not as convincing as the score line suggests.
Oxford had their share of possession and both sides had the woodwork to thank for keeping the score line blank in the first two periods. City finally burst into life in the third period when Oxford struggled to deal with a good cross from Connor Riley Lowe. The clearance fell to Kyle Howell who played the ball back into the box where Lewis Sanders was first to react and side footed the ball home. Five minutes later the lead was doubled when Ollie Watkins eased past a couple of defenders before splitting the visitors defence to find the impressive Josh Wadham, who struck the ball into the far corner of the net.
City seemed to ease off and Oxford enjoyed another spell of pressure but could not find a finishing touch. In the final minute a corner was only partially cleared as far as Aaron Denny who found the back of the net despite the efforts of a visiting defender to keep the ball out.
U16's Oxford Utd 2-4 Exeter City
Exeter were disappointing in the first 15 minutes, but then some good combination play from Jamie Reid and Jamie Micklewright resulted in Jacob Cane opening the scoring on the 20 minute mark.
Exeter then extended their lead, a corner from trialist Tom Gravel created a mêlée in he box and Jacob Cane tapped the ball in the net. City went further ahead seven mintues later after a sloppy back pass from Oxford resulted in Jamie Micklewright scoring.
In the second half Oxford reduced the deficit when they headed home a free kick.
The game became a little scrappy due to many substitutions. In the 80th minute Exeter went 4 - 1 up after a good shot from Jacob Cane was blocked and Jamie Micklewright exquisitely chipped the advancing keeper.
Oxford them made it 4 - 2 at the end of the game with a scrambled effort.
