1.  The aims of Exeter City A.F.C. Limited are:

• To build and sustain a successful, professional, community football club
  
• To strengthen the bonds between the Club and the community which it serves
  
• To be a club that is trusted and recognised as a major contributor to the community in which it operates
  
• To benefit present and future members of the community served by the Club by promoting, encouraging and furthering the game of football as a recreational facility, sporting activity and focus for community involvement.

2.  The Club will achieve this by:

• Aspiring to excellence in all that it does
  
• Working in consultation with supporters, customers and the community in order to maintain the highest standards of performance in an equal opportunities environment
  
• Following a policy of prudent financial management in order to develop the Club profitably over the medium to long term
  
• Recognising that in the competitive world of professional football the club must be ambitious, creative and adaptive to change
  
• Being actively involved with the local community to ensure that the Club's resources are used to our mutual benefit
  
• Continuing to recognise the importance of the Club's Youth Development and Football in the Community programmes
