Paul Tisdale spoke to the press following the 1-1 draw with Yeovil at St James Park.

"I'm disappointed. We've only got a point which is, I guess, ironic given we got a point on Saturday. But when you are losing a point seems a lot better than when you are winning. My feeling is disappointment and i have to fight to remember that we put in a really excellent performance in the first half.

So it is a start for us but it is hard not to be disappointed.

But I think we have to remind ourselves that we have gone through three games and had two results already in a very tough start in a very competitive league. I think our expectations are high because we believe in ourselves. It is a tough business in this league and we came close to getting a point at Leeds and haven't lost since.

It was a shame we didn't get that second goal in the first half but one-nil up at half-time having played the way we did I would have taken that.

We were excellent in the first half, really good. But in the second half they reacted as you expect them to do and we made some poor decisions and showed some naivety and I think that is what you are going to get and their goal was a tremendous strike, they must be proud of that goal today.

We are just not as tight as we need to be and we will get there as we are going through a process and when you have established your process there are certain things you eradicate from your game and we haven't quite got there.

I have to be very pragmatic about it, I have been through this process frequently before and I know it takes time.

We are in a re-building situation where the team is reinventing itself over the next six months and there are certain elements to our game that are going to be gray and we are not nailed down yet on some of our patterns.

It's about the process and drilling players to do certain things at certain times and we haven't quite got to that point yet. It is a learning process.

I am sure we are going to get more of these disappointing and frustrating moments as we go on as at this level you are going to be punished for the mistakes you make, as we were today and more so than we were in the level below and we are going to have to tighten our discipline.

There are a lot of improvements left but I am not too downhearted."
