Paul Tisdale spoke to the Official Website following his Exeter side's 1-1 draw against Millwall
"We have been doing pretty well with the late goals, at home especially.
There is an element to our character which is to keep going and especially when playing towards the Big Bank, we like playing that way.
Off the back of our recent form I am quite disappointed to only draw but I think that shows we are finding our feet at this level.
Keeping these unbeaten runs going certainly means a better feeling when you go into work the next day. The players feel better that they have got the point and haven't lost.
In reality you would be better off winning one than drawing two because of the points but the feeling you get being unbeaten for six is decent and we are more than happy.
We have got a strong bench and they are adaptable. With ten men on the pitch we changed our shape three times as I tried to match the opposition.
Being flexible with tactics is all about knowing your players and knowing when you do something that it is for the best and they don't question it.
Adam and Richard have been with us so long now that they recognize every instruction they get, they are perfect examples of believers.
They want to play for Exeter, do well for Exeter, they go with what is instructed and they are perfect to work with.
I didn't know what to expect at the start of the season but I now think we are going to fair better and better.

City's super subs did the trick again |
Today was the toughest pitch in recent weeks. Even though Stockport was an uneven surface it was a better surface.
The pitch looked a picture when we started, Clive (Pring the club's groundsman) did a great job in getting the game on but it does turn into a soggy mass and a gloob at times and to play our football tonight the way we did was a really good effort.
You have to go with the flow on nights like this, and those are the words we used.
I think on the whole we tend to play well in bad conditions, we are used to it at the Cat & Fiddle and we are used to our pitch.
It is not about the strongest, biggest, quickest players it is about the most adaptable.
It was a farce of a game really and to come out with a point from the predicament we were in, is a good outcome."
