Tisdale on Tuesday's Match:

"It is a point thrown away. We lost the game because as a team we weren't good enough.

It was a poor night, and it took us until we were 2-0 down to have the confidence to play. It was a very poor start in terms of our liveliness. They were lively we were dull.

The presure we put on them for 46 minutes was excellent. We deserved two goals based on that pressure and those balls in the box.

I'm personally thinking there's a couple of minutes of injury time left, if we are positive here we could win this and well quite the opposite, just a woeful minute.

It was just like the Brighton goal we conceded in the last minute. Just a complete lack of concentration.

I don't know what we've thought but it's not unlucky. It is just not good enough.

I think the time of the goals says it all. We think we've taken a point from a poor night and I'm at a loss to know what we were thinking at that point."

Tisdale On Transfers:

"These things always happen last minute and for every 100 phone calls we make 1 might be a positive one.

It is an awful time for us managers especially when we are way down the pecking order a bit in terms of where players may go.

We may have some, we may not."

Tisdale On MK Dons:

"It is not about revenge it is about us getting a point and getting our season going again. Regardless of who we play.

This is about us getting some points and getting the season back on track as we look like we are faltering.

Plenty of work to do and get ourselves reorganised but we have to be better than we were."
