www.exetercityfc.co.uk has been voted the fifth best Official Website in League One in a fan's survey by the Football League.
Hundreds of City fans rated their Official Website on a ten-point scale and our average of 7.82 was comfortably clear of the Football League average of 7.4 and League One's 7.63.
And Supporters Trust Chairman Denise Watts got in touch this afternoon to offer her congratulations.
"I just saw the news and wanted to offer my congratulations for such a wonderful achievement!" she said.
"Your task is a very difficult one and one which often goes unnoticed with people just assuming the website 'happens', of course this is not true!
"From a very small base you have grown this to what it is today and I know that the Trustees of the Board of Society would wish to join with me in congratulating you."
"Keep up the good work and what about number one next year?!"
Website editor Pete Evans spoke of his pride at the results at the end of his first year in charge of the site.
"To get a result like this is a fantastic achievement and I am very grateful to everyone who has helped contribute to the Official Website," Pete said.
"I've only been running the website for 13 months and I've enjoyed every minute of it.
"But we aren't resting on our laurels and have plenty of changes and new features planned for the new season which we think our fans will enjoy.
"I hope the site, like the team, can really push on in the 2010/11 campaign."
The club earns money purely on the number of hits it achieves and the last quarter saw a 200% increase in website revenue compared to same quarter last year.
The average visitor spends almost five minutes at a time reading our content and it now attracts 39,000 unique visitors a month and gets over 4 million hits a year.
And advertising opportunities on the website for the forthcoming season are still available, contact Bruce Henderson on bruce.henderson@exetercityfc.co.uk for more details.
