Elliott initially signed forms with the Club as an 11-year-old and spent three seasons in the Centre of Excellence progressing through the Under 12's, Under 13's and Under 14's before the difficult decision was made that at that point Elliott's development would be best served in local club football for a period of time.
During the 2008-09 season Elliott has featured regularly in the Exeter City Reserve team and has managed to reproduce his quality and form at a higher level amongst professional players. He was offered a full contract in March 2009.
Elliott joined Tiverton Town on loan in October 2009 and his loan was extended until Boxing Day.
At the end of the 2009/10 season Elliott signed a new deal to stay at The Park.
A tricky winger with a great cross on him, Elliott has a bright future at the club.
