With the Wembley success fresh in our minds, we now look forward (after what seems to be a very short summer) to Exeter City's return to league football in Coca Cola League 2. Towards the end of last season, the club announced that season ticket prices for the 2008-9 season would be frozen no matter what league City were in as a means of thanking fans for their loyalty and support. Therefore, with promotion in the bag, the prize freeze now looks to be an even more attractive proposition for fans looking to come to St James Park regularly in 2008/09.

Since Wembley, scores of fans have recognised this and purchased their season ticket and sales continue to be buoyant. We'd like to remind fans who haven't yet done so that seson tickets continue to be available right throughout the summer.

At this stage, to stress the potential added value of having a season ticket, it's worth reiterating what Paul Morrish, Commercial Director, said in April: "Two seasons ago we made a commitment to hold our matchday entry prices at the same level for two seasons. Having honoured this, we will review our matchday prices for next season and announce these to take account of which division we are competing in next season. Matchday prices will therefore be published in due course, but we are offering all season tickets - both to renewing and to new holders - based on this year's gate prices. This means that all season ticket holders will further benefit from bigger discounts should matchday prices rise".

So, whilst consultation with fans over match day gate prices continues, buying a season ticket could be even greater value.

It's not just simply on price where fans can get value from their season ticket. There are other features that add to the package:

- A further £10 discount on the price of a season ticket is available to all fans who are a member of the popular 'City Foundation', or to any who sign up to become members with their season ticket application.
- For all members of the City Foundation, season ticket prices will be frozen forever for as long as membership of the Foundation is continued.
- Facility to make full payment by debit card, credit card, cash or cheque.
- Continued extension of child rates to include all those under age 18 on 1st September 2008.
- A reduction in the Annual Ticket price for all under 18s in the Flybe Stand.
- Continuation of the popular Gold Flybe Stand Season Ticket option (car parking, signed replica shirt, matchday magazine, Players' Photo day ticket, and other benefits in the price).
- Offer of 3 and 5-year Season Tickets, with increased price reductions over time.
- Guarantee of priority ticket allocation for 'all-ticket' matches within the Club's control for Season Ticket holders.
