Tisdale on:

Stuart Fleetwood

"Strengthening up front is something we have looked at for about the last two weeks and I think it's a boost for everyone.

"It is not a case of me trying to change everything and leave players out. It is more a case of adding to what we have got and giving us some more firepower between now and the end of the season.

"He is not just a good player but he is a player that we know a lot about and we have seen him play numerous times and it always makes it easier for a manager if he signs a player he has a clear picture of. I have a clear picture of Stuart and we need to make sure we play to his strengths and get the best of out him.

"It's a good challenge for him and it's a huge boost to us all to get another player with some pedigree into our team. It's not just about who scores the goals, but he is a certain type of striker that is different to what we have got.

"Stuarts a good player and he did very well in our league last year and there is no doubt he has some real qualities and we are just looking forward to him coming into our team and having a real impact."

Ben Watson

"Ben Watson played for the reserves as a substitute on Wednesday so he is fit for selection for the first time in quite a while. Ben has been injured for half the season and his calf just hadn't shown any signs of recovery about a week ago."

Matt Taylor

"We are hoping he will be back within a month but we just don't know at this stage. He is certainly a key figure for us. He is a player who is a positive player in the way that he plays and you can work off the back of positive play and coupled with that, he has been our captain of late so he is a big player for us and a huge influence on the other players.

"But it will be something we will have to overcome but that is why you have a squad."

Loan Signings

"I have often been cautious of loans for a number of reasons; one of those reasons is that the players aren't always match fit. You are almost doing them a favour by giving them games but they aren't giving much back to begin with. A classic example of someone who has taken five or six games to find his feet was Troy (Archibald-Henville).

"But we did it early enough in the year and there was a need for it and Troy still contributed. But Stuart has played a decent amount of football so it is not as if we are putting someone in who isn't fit.

"I think he will be the final one. Unless we have the misfortune of an injury or two I think we are done now."
