Paul Tisdale spoke to the press after a 2-0 defeat at Brighton
"I am disappointed. Our first half was below-par, second half was up to speed and we are not at a level where we can afford that type of half.
I think we felt a bit sorry for ourselves first half, were waiting for things to happen and didn't show enough ambition. The days are gone where we can have an average half and still come out on top, we are at a very good level now.
I am disappointed at the first half. They deserved their goal lead and I think in the second half we did our fair share.
But the level is such that we have to be right every game and we are playing against very strong opposition every week, wherever they are in the league.

It was an outstanding second goal but if you are living on a knife-edge every week you leave yourself open to that type of situation.
We have to attempt to be in a stronger position so when that happens we are in a strong place to recover.
That really made it a steep uphill struggle for us in the second half. It was always going to be a virtually impossible task to win the game from that point.
There are enough positives from the second half to go into the next week and lift the players again.
Because that is what it is about, it is about staying bright and positive and attacking the next game."
