Ahead of the visit of Gary Megson's Sheffield Wednesday to St James Park Paul Tisdale spoke to the Official Website.
"We were hoping Liam Sercombe would have been fit for Tuesday but he had an upset to his ankle again.
We are hoping he will be fit for Saturday but it isn't one hundred percent.
I am hoping everyone else will be fit.
They are very motivated, giving one hundred percent. They are bright on the training ground and listening to instructions.
That is the one thing that sets us apart - we are continually seeing players who are motivated.

They are frustrated when they don't get the results but I think it is a prerequisite of being an Exeter City player at this level.
If you get down when you lose games you might as well not come because we aren't going to win every game.
Of course we'd like to and we go into every game seeing a way we can win it. They are truly behind each other.

I am not going to let anyone think this is not about a performance. The players have to play well, be committed, apply themselves fully and with direction and a whole lot of other things then they'll get what they need and we'll get the results off the back of it.
Results will come as a consequence of performances."
