Emails have been flooding in from all around the globe, from Virginia to New South Wales, thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.

Not being a local, I've found it hard to settle in the Wild West of Exeter this year, but the ever welcoming arms of St James' Park have been the one place that really feels like home.

Desperately wish I could get up to Rotherham to see the game, will be kicking every ball while reading the live commentary though. I know the boys can do it, they just have to!

Roll on Southampton and Charlton!

Henry

I've supported the city through thick & thin for 52 seasons, by god we've had some terrible teams in that time & lousy managers' have never seen 6 consecutive years of success like we have just had.

Lets hope it continues! I wish Paul Tisdale & his team all the best at the don valley ,the fans of city deserve to have another parade after putting up with so much rubbish over the years!

Brian Brooks

A message for all the team who are the Pride of Devon!

As you all know, this season has been a fantastic one. We've proved doubters wrong, and confirmed the belief of the players, the manager, the staff and all the fans, that Exeter City FC and this current crop are better than a League 2 side.

Whilst our position in the league may surprise some outside of the "knowing few" it comes as no surprise to the faithful who have watched this team evolve and improve week in, week out.

Dealing with numerous challenges that have been thrown our way and overcoming them with the same common sense approach to the game that got us out of the Conference.

As Mr Tisdale always says, one game at a time.

We have adopted this mantra throughout the season, and now is no time to change this. This game is no different to all the other away games you have WON this season.

Time and time again, the gauntlet has been thrown down in front of this manager and this group of players and time and time again, they have picked up the gauntlet and responded positively.

Know this, no matter what the result on Saturday, there will be a City of supporters who are bubbling over with pride in your achievements and what you have done for the club.

Having had years of mediocre football, the fans are just grateful for the entertainment you have given us and knowing that, you can go out on to the pitch on Saturday and enjoy the experience.

Plus, if you win, you get a couple of weeks extra holiday, I suggest Hawaii!!! Good luck guys

Ryan Greenaway

Good Luck to the players and of course Tis or should I call him God?!

If you play as well as we know you can then you can win this game no problem.

Play like you did away at Oxford in that play off semi a couple of sesons ago and we will all go home happy ! I will be there tomorrow. All the best,

Justin Jenkins ( Somerset Grecians )

I am exiled in Australia's Northern Territory but have followed ECFC since I first saw Allan Banks score 2 goals against Bradford PA in the early 70's.

Every Sunday morning (Sat evening in the UK) I get on the internet and see how we have done the day before.

It has not always been a pleasant experience over the years, with far too many lows.

Last year was brilliant, but this year, WOW. I have watched and listened (isn't technology great) to the reports after each game with a sense of total joy and pride in my home town team.

After 35 years of following City, I still get the butterflies before the games and none more so than now. We appear to have a great team, fantastic support and a true leader in Paul Tisdale.

I wish I could be there to cheer the team on but will have to rely on the live text coming through the on internet to town 10,000 miles away.

Good luck to team, supporters and Boss on Saturday - You have already done us proud, do it one more time.

 Jon Baker Darwin, NT, Australia

Best wishes to the players, management, and fans for Saturday.

Charles and Patty Neary Staunton, Virginia

I have been to all the city home games this season and really enjoyed the football , its my first year in supporting city even though i have lived in Exeter for the last 62 years, shame on me!

I have bought my season ticket for myself and grandson for next season.

Good luck Exeter at the Rotherham match Saturday.

Big Al

This week has dragged so badly! Just day dreaming about the euphoria that could be taking place in less than 48 hours in  an Athletics Stadium in Yorkshire.

Back to back promotions is more than we ever imagined. Hopefully you'll run a similar thing on Monday and I can try and put that euphoria in words.

I'll have the camera with me so maybe even drop you some footage.

Huge thanks to the man who made this all possible - Paul Tisdale you legend!

Greg H

Will be following the match from here in Bilbao again. Probably go for a walk and nervously rely on texts and viewing the BBC match stats page as normal.

Dread to think what my blood pressure was during last week's match and it will only be worse on Saturday.

Just want to say GOOD LUCK to all the players and coaching staff. Try not to put too much pressure on yourselves.

I know we are all desperate to get promotion again, but whatever happens this has been a great first season back in the League, and you have done the Club proud.

UP THE CITY! WE ARE THE RED WHITE ARMY!

Andy

John and I with 15 other East Devon Grecians have travelled over 11,900 miles to support the City all over the country. We have only missed one match (Grimsby) home or away this season.

We have seen some fantastic football by 'Our Team' led by our very special manager Paul Tisdale and his help from John Yems, Mel Gwinnet, Steve Perryman, Tams James, Ian Andrews and the kit man Shaun.

To be in third place with one to go has far outreached our expectations.

Thank you to you all for a wonderful season. We are so proud to be a Grecian and no matter what the result on Saturday we will be so looking forward to next season for more of the style of football our team now plays.

Every good wish possible for a good game v Rotherham. 'Come on You Reds'.

Di

Well what can I say... it's been an amazing season which has far surpassed all my and all city fans' expectations.

Whatever happens on Saturday I will walk away from the Don Valley full of pride knowing that even if we haven't gone up we've done absolutely brilliantly this season. Best of luck to all the players and staff for Saturday.

Up the City.

Colin

Come on City! Make double legends of yourselves - I'm happy to miss out on the play-offs this season!

Kirk K - Melbourne

I was at Wembley for disappointment in 07 and joy in 08. Good luck on Saturday and go for it. Let's go up direct and not bother with a 3rd Wembley play-off.

But whatever happens it's been a brilliant season - well done everyone. Will have everything crossed on Saturday

Chris Lightfoot

Really hope we go up on Saturday, I'll be making the trip to Sheffield, hopefully with as many other City fans as possible!

I think we definitely deserve another promotion, we've had an excellent season and this would really top it off!

Well done to Paul and the players, hopefully he'll stay with us, cos if we go up the bigger clubs will surely come knocking!

Rich P

I would like to wish Paul Tisdale and the lads good luck for the game on Saturday. No matter what the result in this game all Grecian fans are proud of you.

You have far exceeded any expectation anybody had at the start of the season. Lets go out on a high with our heads up and hopfully we can end the day a league one side.

Jim

I just wanted to wish all involved the very best of luck on Saturday. I am confident that the boys have the strength and determination to finish what has been an outstanding season with some great memories.

With a similar never die attitude like at Torquay last year i am sure we will be dancing on the terraces ( or seats) !!!.

Look forward to seeing you all there

Nathan Marsh CTID !

At 6 o'clock sharp, I shall be driving out of Colyton in my tatty old N reg Fiesta, which has transported myself and my son Charles to so many - too many - run-down Conference and L2 grounds in some of the worst towns in England.

I shall be picking Charles up in Oxford, on the way to the DV Stadium.

We are giving a lift to two of his ECFC supporting University friends - both from East Devon - who have a perfect recent record in watching City, having seen them win (with full lighting) at Dagenham. Charles and I will then, on Saturday night, be camping (and freezing) in the grounds of the excellent Derbyshire Peak District pub (the Royal Oak at Hurdlow).

Where we stayed after last season's match at Altrincham and also this season's match at Macclesfield, in the superstitious hope - and expectation - that this will produce the same result at Rotherham.

If we win, we shall eat and drink to excess in the pub throughout the evening, all of which will be paid for with my winnings from the bookies - 11/1 to be promoted.

Charles was the matchday mascot against Halifax for our first Conference match, and was obviously at Wembley for our last Conference match.

Please let Saturday be his last League 2 match, in readiness for his first League 1 match in August.

Stephen Fisher Crouch Big Bank Season Ticket Holder, Foundation and Trust Member, and East Devon Grecian

Cannot make it to the game on Saturday but will be listening live from my allotment ( it really is the best way of dealing with the tension )

David Bibby Clyst St Mary

Make this old man very happy and win at the Don Valley Stadium. I have supported ECFC since 1961 and just know this is going to be a great day for the Grecians.

Thank you Tis and boys!

Big Ron from Liverpool.

Good luck to the boys on Saturday, make the journey home a loud one.

All our family have followed the City through thin and thin, and now we are in an unbelievable position as we head to Sheffield tomorrow: absolutely unbelievable.

No matter what the outcome, there was never a time like this, never such a strong and committed squad, never such a talented manager. See you there,

Jim Tucker Maidenhead, Berkshire

BEST of luck to the lads for Saturday. Geographical challenges will enforce mine and my city supporting families absence but we will be listening via the internet (bless it's woolly socks).

Back to back promotion wouldn't that be sweet and a good way to survive the harsh winter here in Australia!!

My 6 year plays in Red and White and is an Exeter fan so fingers crossed I will have some good news for him when he wakes up Sunday morning!

Phil Milner - Merewether NSW Australia.

Wishing Paul Tisdale and the team good luck tomorrow. I know they'll will completely focussed on the job in hand.

This will be my 26th match, not something I have done since living in Exeter. I have thoroughly enjoyed the season. Leaving Aldershot really early, to meet up with the Exiles in London.

Come on you reds.

Paul

Leaving Southampton at 5am straight after a mammoth 14 hour overnight shift at work in Poole. Would not miss this for the world. Good luck to the team and safe wishes to all travelling Grecians near and far.

Hopefully after a long trek to and from Sheffield I can sleep knowing that my club, ECFC, are in League One...that or too much cider from over-celebrating should do it anyway!

Matt

Me and my friend Ed will be heading to Cardiff tonight for a overnight stay with my friend Dave.

Then in the morning we will all be heading upto the Don Valley Satdium to roar City on and Hopefully achieve a club first of back to back promotions!! Come the CITY!!!!!!!

MJ Pring

Good luck for Saturday (and beyond). We'll be behind you for every second. All we ask is that you do your best, that you play like you know you can play - not just with skill, but with heart and spirit.

Whatever happens, my thanks go to everyone in the team, to the manager and all the support staff for giving us a fantastic first season back in the league.

Julie Le Milliere

I'll be cheering the lads on this weekend from Biel/Bienne in Switzerland - any Swiss Exiles out there will be able to find me in Mr Pickwicks glued to Jeff Stellings Soccer Saturday to see the scores
coming in.

Best of luck for Saturday boys, we know that we've fought hard and earned third place this season, now lets go out and prove it to the rest of them!!

Terry Hall

Good luck to Exeter tomorrow.

You may find it a bit weird as an Argyle supporter sending my best wishes to City, but you deserve this promotion. Promotion from the conference is not easy but gaining two promotions in two years is unbelievable.

Being friends with a number of Exeter based london supporters has bought the two clubs together in London, and I look forward to our end of season do.

Best of Luck.

Lee Jameson

Vice Chairman Plymouth Argyle Supporters Association London Branch

Hi. I would just like to say GOOD LUCK EXETER CITY, I know you can do it!

Jackie

Whatever happens tomorrow we have had a season to be proud of. Thank you to everyone concerned with the club it has been a magnificent effort.
After the agony of listening via GrecianWorld last Saturday at least I will be there tomorrow to see the game and cheer the lads on.

Come on - we can do it!

Brian MBE (Morecambe Bay Exile)

Come on City. Best wishes from the East Mids Grecians, this is almost a home match for us and will be my 17th match of the season home and away. What a superb season with so much excitement and thrills. Thanks to Tisdale and the lads, we can do it.

Go and win it with Pride.

Min (EMG's)

Good Luck to the lads tomorrow.

We will be listening on 'Grecian World'. Hope all the fans have a good day. All the Best,

Gray n Viv, Cyprus Grecians. UTC!!

I moved down to Devon last August. Having made the decision to move to Newton Abbot I had to choose a team and after going to a midweek match in the BSP when the weather was cold and miserable I was really taken by the quality of the game and more importantly the atmosphere at the Park (a pity that the Grecians conceded late on for a 2-2 draw!).

Having decided that the only way to go was to Exeter I bought a season ticket.

Only then did Exeter reach the play off finals, so I went to Wembley and again saw a great game with lots of spirit and teamwork. This season has not disappointed and at times the play has been sublime (we shall forget the occasional ridiculous moments!).

Much of this is due to PT's excellent management style.

On a final note having the luck to sit next to a 'dyed in the wool' Grecian supprter has given me much joy! He will know who he is if all I shall say is that I came down from Luton and still, hand on heart, love my Hatters - although that heart has changed a little redder and more Grecian-like this season!

Andrew Malcolm, Newton Abbot

ALL THE BEST FOR SATURDAY AGAINST ROTHERHAM!

What a great season - go and finish the business! GOOD LUCK - we'll be cheering you all the way! UP THE CITY!

Denise Watts and family, Broadclyst

Regardless of whether tomorrow's match results in automatic promotion or a place in the play offs this has been an extremely successful season!

Paul Tisdale and his players, OUR team, have done themselves as well as us proud. In a season when most dared not hope for more than consolidation back in the Football League, they have been fantastic!

They take credit for this but so do the fans, I believe that the average away attendance has touched 500, and home attendances have exceeded the targets set by the club, well done all.

The players have shown great spirit to be able to keep fighting when things have gone against them and to come back to earn valuable points.

I am sure that the encouragement from the 12th man on the terraces and in stands has contributed to this. 90 minutes or so stand between Exeter City and the third tier of English football.

I am hopeful that we will be successful, but I KNOW that we will all be giving our all for the cause both on and off it!

I hope everyone has a fantastic day tomorrow, come what may we have a lot to celebrate.

May I also say a thank you to all those who work so tirelessly for the cause. In that I will include those who are sadly no longer with us.

Paul Hext Middlewich, Cheshire

Fantastic season once again, we know what has to be done tomorrow, so I,m sure we can do it, I will be in the crowd cheering us on, the boys will do us proud..................whatever the result. UTC

Tony Wizzz

I'm extremely proud and honoured to be a Grecian. I sat in Wembley Travelodge on May 20th 2007 and remember vividly looking at my watch at 7.24 and a re-run of the Morecambe game came on Sky News for about 2 minutes.

In the same room where a group of Morecambe fans cheering when the highlights were shown, after which the banter started!

I'll NEVER forget the hurt that night. NEVER forget Lee Elam coming in without a bother on him for a few minutes, even the Morecambe fans got him to sign stuff, and shrugging his shoulders when I asked him how did he feel about the game.

NEVER forget how nothing could be put right for at least three months. NEVER forget the Morecambe fans singing "We Are Football League" and having to sit there and take it with my friends.

I also remember May 3rd 2003 - almost six years to the day when all our worlds came tumbling down. The HURT of relegation . The HURT of possibly not seeing our club play again. The sickening feeling watching Swansea celebrate at the Vetch.

Which is why tomorrow, win or lose, automatics or play-offs, I'll toast my club come what may, because although its a massive game, its SO different to the pressure of May 2003 and Wembley 2007.

Whatever happens come the end of May I can still say what I want to declare for the rest of my natural life... WE ARE FOOTBALL LEAGUE.

Brian Kennedy - Author of One Flew Over The Crossbar (available from the club shop!)

So looking forward to the game tomorrow, what a season its been and to be in the position of possible automatic promotion is fantastic - so proud of Tis and the lads. We have a team to be proud of here at Exeter City.

Looby.

Hi and Good Luck to the team, management staff and all connected with the club, Having grown up in Exeter and watched many a game on the old big bank, I nerviously await the results on the BBC web site every Sunday morning.

Having lived in Adelaide (Aus) for a number of years you'd be surprised by the number of fans who know about Exeter here and are keen to see the team have success.

Just enjoy yourselves and know that the support you recieve at the ground is only a small fraction of folks who wish you success today and always.

Stephan Lawler, Adelaide, Australia
