Jake Taylor is in his second spell at St James Park having joined Exeter City on a permanent basis on January 25, 2016.

The twice-capped Welsh international returned to the Grecians after a previous loan spell that lasted for the majority of the 2011/12 campaign.

He joined Reading at the age of eight and made 31 appearances for the Royals having graduated from their academy.

Jake scored his first goal since returning to the club when he netted in a 4-1 win at Notts County. He is known for his high-work rate in midfield and has already scored two spectacular long-range strikes this season against Hull City in the EFL Cup and Barnet in League Two.
