PRIORITY GROUPS
A rough guide
To qualify for a Priority Number you must be a member of one (or more) of the following four Priority Groups.
1. Exeter City Supporters' Trust
2. Current Season Ticket holders
3. Paid up Red or Dead Pledger
4. Recognised Supporters' Club or Group*
*Recognised groups currently include: The Supporters Club; The ExEC100 Club; The Red Army; The Exeter Exiles/London Grecians; The North Devon Grecians; The East Devon Grecians; The Great Western Grecians; The ECDSA ; The Exeter City Supporters Club of Norway.
You will receive/have ONE Priority Number which will cover any or all of the groups you are a member of. There will be an entitlement number associated with your Priority Number – your entitlement is calculated as one allocation for each of the four Priority Groups that you are current member. Belonging to one or more Supporter Groups does not entitle you to one ticket per membership, but just ONE allocation under Priority Group 4.
For Priority sales the entitlement number tells the Club and Ticket Zone how many tickets you are allowed to purchase for Home matches or other matches where you are allowed to buy one ticket per Priority Group membership.
Where there is a restricted allocation of tickets (mainly for away games) you will only be able to buy ONE allocation, regardless of how many groups you are a member of.
If you find you are not allowed to potentially buy as many as you think you should be able to please feel free to email tickets@exetercityfc.co.uk or all the official club number, 01392 411243 (option 6), stating which Groups you are a member of; our membership numbers (where applicable); plus your Priority Number.
CUP MATCHES
The process for City cup games has been defined to spread the demand, meet contractual commitments and ensure supporters who are members of the Priority Groups get the first opportunity to purchase any available tickets. For regular League matches, season ticket holders will always have their usual place guaranteed, regardless of whether the game is given Priority status.
This process cannot guarantee that members of the Priority Groups will get a ticket for every game but does ensure they get the best prospect of getting one.
The process will differ only slightly for home or away games and will be dependent on the opponents, number of tickets available and the time available for sales. All games will be classified by the club as category A, B or C within a day of the draw and the timescales for each sales phase published on the official site, in the local press and on our social networking sites.
Only fully paid-up members at the time of the draw will be eligible for Priority arrangements.
When purchasing tickets individuals must provide: 1. Full Name; 2. Priority Number; 3. Postcode
Additionally season ticket holders wishing to purchase their seats must provide stand, block, row and seat number details which can be found in their current season ticket book.
It is the responsibility of the Priority Group secretaries to ensure that members provide full details including full names, contact numbers, addresses with postcode and date of birth and those memberships are accurate on the Priority system.
General rules that will apply in all sales:
• Individuals can purchase tickets for other qualifying members provided they have the full details of each. This will enable families, friends and small groups to purchase as a single transaction.
• Please note: Where demand far exceeds the tickets available then we will publish restrictions to the number of tickets any individual can purchase for other qualifying members.
• The club will provide support and facilities at St James’ Park in exceptional cases for those genuinely unable to use the phone or internet to purchase tickets.
• Any dispute over qualification or allowance must be taken up by the individual concerned with the appropriate Priority Group secretary and the individual may lose their position in the queue whilst these issues are resolved.
• The Club will refuse to sell tickets to any individual abusing the Priority scheme or the sales representatives and we will remove them from the Priority list for all future sales.
• The Club community database will contain details of all Priority Group members and details from people who have provided their full details to the club but are not members of a Priority Group.
• This means Priority Members can get additional tickets during these phases.
• There will be no phone sales service at the club.

• No phone sales.
Individuals can purchase on behalf of other qualifying Priority Members provided they have all details and payment is made in full. The club reserves the right to limit the number of tickets any one individual can purchase on behalf of other members.
Priority Groups remote from Exeter that genuinely cannot get to the club will be apportioned a number of tickets consummate with their memberships.
