Commemorative shirt to go on sale on Sunday
We’re delighted to announce that we will be launching a new commemorative THIRD SHIRT for the 2013/14 season – and the first opportunity to buy it will be at Sunday’s Funday at St James Park.
All will be revealed on Saturday, in time for Sunday’s launch. But until then, we’ll only be releasing a series of teasers! Check out our social media channels for other snaps.
As well as the shirt’s unveiling, there will be plenty for fans to get involved in at the Funday. There will be a barbecue, fun and games for kids, a public players’ training session on the St James Park pitch, the official squad photos, and the chance for fans to be part of the ever-popular ‘Big Bank photo’ with the squad.
Exeter City’s Chief Executive Julian Tagg said that the new kit will have a unique significance.
He said: “Our history and our heritage is an important part of the club’s DNA, and the new third kit will represent that.
“We wanted to do something a little different, and something that gives a nod to Exeter City’s roots. Hopefully our fans will enjoy the new third-kit design as much as we do, and we’re looking forward to the launch at the Funday.”
