📝 Vacancy: Head of coaching and player development

An opening for the position of Head of Coaching and Player Development (HoC) has become available due to the upward movement within the football structure of the Club of the existing post holder.

ECFC Academy is looking for an industrious, innovative player & coach developer, committed to personal and professional improvement of self and others.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate relevant experience and interest in leadership and programme development across the 3x Age Phases, leading to Senior 1st Team football.

This is a Full-Time post requiring a distinct and singular focus on developing staff, whilst playing an important role within the Senior Leadership of the Academy.

As a key facilitator; the HoC has a guiding responsibility within the multi-disciplinary team, for the fulfilment of the ‘Next Generation Plan’ mission and strategy aimed at producing: 'Better Players, Better Staff, Better Provisions'.
