📝 VACANCY: Head of Ticketing and Retail

Exeter City Football Club are looking to recruit an experienced full time, permanent Head of Ticketing and Retail.

We are a supporter owned club through the Exeter City Supporters' Trust and under Trust ownership Exeter City has gone from strength to strength.

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to our current Head of Ticketing and Retail relocating and therefore we are keen to get an experienced candidate in post before the end of the season.

We are looking for a professional, dynamic individual with a proven track record of driving revenue of ticketing and retail products and ensuring maximum profitability by meeting and exceeding the business objectives whilst ensuring good practice and transparency at all times.

Candidates must have ticketing, retail and management experience as they will be accountable for management of all aspects of the ticketing and retail department. Candidates must be well organised with excellent I.T. numeric and administration skills.

The successful candidate will need to be an effective communicator both verbal and written, have the capability to multi task and manage their own workload to ensure deadlines are customer needs are met. Managing a small team of staff the candidate will need to be able to plan, schedule and delegate work and interact with colleagues and customers of all levels ensuring confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Retail and ticketing is a fast paced environment and managers have to react to consumer's demands and industry trends and therefore there is an element of pressure. This role will be based at St James Park and will require a hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible work approach due to the need for the evening and weekend work as per the club’s fixtures.

A competitive salary is available and will be discussed at interview.
