The club is looking to recruit a Shop Supervisor to work on match days in the club shop at St James Park.
The successful applicant will be required to support the Head of Ticketing and Retail by supervising the running of the Club Shop and two members of staff.
You will be required to sell merchandise and provide retail advice to customers including shirt printing and assisting with replenishment of stock during the game. An excellent level of customer service is needed as you will be integral to the supporters match day experience.
This role will be based at St James Park and will require a hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible work approach due to the need for the evening and weekend work as per The Club’s fixtures. The role will be a casual worker seasonal position (August 2021 – May 2022)
Hourly rate is competitive and will be discussed at interview. The successful candidate will also receive 10% discount off purchases in the Club Shop and will be provided with a staff uniform.
