📝 Vacancy: Seasonal Retail Assistant

Spread joy with Exeter City Football Club this festive season!

Christmas is a magical time of year and as we prepare for the festive period we are looking to recruit enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Assistants to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to play a huge part in delivering an amazing customer experience as you will be an ambassador for the Club, connecting with customers in the city centre as the magical atmosphere builds.

Duties will include opening/closing the unit, showcasing products, assisting customers with enquiries, guiding them on available merchandise and processing purchases/payments.

Applicants will need to have a real energy and passion for customer care, be friendly, passionate, self-motivated and have a natural approach to retail/sales.

Ideally candidates will have experience of working in a sales or retail environment, however this is not essential as training will be provided. Being trustworthy and reliable and having an ability to think on your feet and a positive work ethic is essential.

If you have a flexible approach to support the Club during this busy period and don’t mind being exposed to the winter weather within our hub we would love to hear from you!

With a variation of shifts on a casual basis available we have something to suit everyone offering the opportunity to earn some extra money in the run up to Christmas.

Prior to commencing work right to work document(s) must be presented and references and a DBS Check will need to be completed.
