Parking and Access
Accessible parking is very limited (please contact club reception for availability). Access is through side gate to Thatchers Big Bank Stand via Stadium Way, it is fairly level and ramps are in use within the Stadium.
Places & Positions:
Wheelchair users (designated areas)
Thirty-one Home Supporters: Wheelchair areas are elevated with 3 areas in the Main Stand (Covered), 3 areas in the Thatchers Big Bank Stand (2 areas are covered). Waterproofs are available to those supporters using area five in the Thatchers Big Bank. Ask the nearest steward if required.
Three Away Supporters: Wheelchair area is elevated within the Main Stand (Area 4 - Covered). Personal Assistants are seated within designated areas.
Unlimited places. Seating is arranged in relation to mobility difficulties.
Unlimited places, Personal Assistants are seated adjacent. We have a dedicated commentary service; there are 10 headsets in total available for Home & Away supporters. Supporters wishing to use the commentary service are advised to contact club reception for availability and to reserve a headset.
Unlimited places. On request, a Portable Induction Loop is available for use in the club shop and reception.
Unlimited places.For reasons of Health and Safety, users of both manual and powered wheelchairs are required to be accompanied by a personal assistant.

To assist home or away supporters with disabilities.
Wheelchair for Hire:
The club has two wheelchairs available for hire on match days for those supporters who have a need of a wheelchair because of a temporary disablement.There is no charge but a donation to ECDSA would be welcomed. Supporters requiring the use of one of these chairs are advised to contact club reception for availability.
Toilets & Catering:
One adapted toilet in corner of Thatchers Big Bank Stand near entrance to stadium, the area is stewarded and a Radar key locking system is used. Catering Facilities are available but not dedicated.
Official Away Travel:
For reasons of Health and Safety, wheelchair users are asked to be accompanied by a personal assistant.
Supporters requiring access to designated areas are advised to purchase tickets in advance if they do not hold a season ticket as the club has limited space available. The Park (Centre Spot):
Has disabled facilities which include adapted toilets and lift.
