Season Ticket FAQs

Find answers to all you need to know about season tickets for the 2020/21 season below.

The renewal prices are valid until the end of the Super Saver sales window, which is midnight on June 1.

No, the Season Ticket covers the 23 home league games and selected reserve/under-23 games.

 

Your seat will be held for a short period for you to claim as soon as the game has been announced; precise ticketing details and methods to buy will be announced in due course. If you have not purchased it in the allocated time the seat will be put on general sale.

Yes, during the renewal window you can move your season ticket to any other available seat.

If during the season you would like to move to different seat, block or stand for one match, please bring your match ticket to the Club Shop in advance of the game to have it swapped. Any changes made are subject to availability.

Once the first home game of season 2020/21 has commenced, any request to move a season ticket will incur a £5 admin fee. Requests will only be accepted until 30 October, 2020.


Your renewal price has been set automatically based on your date of birth and other factors. If you feel this is incorrect either email tickets@ecfc.co.uk with your full details or contact the club during normal opening hours.

Season tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and must be used by the named person.

Of course, if you are an existing season ticket holder looking to renew then simply buy a season ticket in the seat of your choice and your held space in the Big Bank will automatically be released.

If you would like to upgrade to a seat for a particular match during the season, please bring the ticket to the Club Shop in advance of the match (not on match days) and we can upgrade your ticket to a seat of your choice, subject to availability.

No, season tickets are non-transferrable and must be used by the person named on the ticket. If you are unable to attend a match and would like to voluntarily release your seat for the club to re-sell, please email tickets@ecfc.co.uk to confirm.

Season Tickets need to be in the name of the holder, so there needs to be a separate order for each person. We suggest you check you can access each of the priority accounts and then place the individual orders at the same time. If you are having any difficulties, please phone the club or come in person so we can process the orders on your behalf.

Yes, a £5 admin fee applies for each Season Ticket transfer. No transfer requests will be accepted after October 30, 2020.

If you know the last four digits of the payment card you use to buy tickets then you can use the ‘Forgot My Details’ button. If you are still having difficulties please email tickets@ecfc.co.uk with your name, address, postcode and date of birth so they can sort out any issue.

Concessionary Prices and Qualifications

Seniors: Born before 1st January 1956 – proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City FC Ticketing System.

Student: Must be in full-time education for the 2020-21 academic year and will require proof in the form of confirmation of their registration from the school, college or university. Part-time students do not qualify and will be required to pay the appropriate rate.

New 18-23: Born after Sept 1, 1997 and before Sept 1, 2002. proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City FC Ticketing System.

Under-18: Born after 1st September 2002 - proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City FC Ticketing System.

Under-12: Born after 1st September 2008 - proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City FC Ticketing System.

Disabled: Disabled tickets are only issued to registered disabled and proof will be required. Disabled persons using designated areas will qualify for the concession rate, but all others must pay the appropriate normal price. An additional free personal assistant ticket is issued to the disabled person where appropriate. There is no charge for this ticket but there are commitments and struct rules to usage.

The club reserves the right to refuse any application for a concessionary rate if appropriate evidence is not provided.

Season Ticket Collection and Post

We will advise in due course the cut off date for reserved seats.

Season Tickets are in the form of 23 individual match tickets in a wallet.

Collection: Season Tickets will be available for collection in person in mid-July 2020. You will be required to provide proof of identity upon collection.

Post: Further information on when season tickets will be dispatched or can be collected will be confirmed in due course.
