Season Ticket Information

How to renew a 2017/18 season ticket

Online: Please visit our online ticket store at ecfc.co/tickets2017-18 and use the Renew Season Ticket for 2017-18 button.

You will then need to login with the ECFC/Tickets Login on your renewal form and your password. If you wish to change seats or purchase additional season tickets then just use the Buy New Season Ticket button.

If you have any problems logging in please contact the club on 01392 411243 and choose option 2 or 3 or email tickets@ecfc.co.uk with contact details and we will be able to resolve. Please do not register again as you will lose the connection to your existing season ticket.

When you have logged in you should see a button Show Order using this link will show your reserved tickets:

The details of your tickets are at the bottom (3). If the Price Adjustment is blank this means the ticket is an Adult price. Use the Claim Tickets(2) to proceed to the review, delivery, payment and confirmation screen.

The details of the tickets with the relevant prices, the processing fee at £4 per season ticket and the total are shown for you to check. If you are happy to proceed then;

  1. Select your method of delivery - Collect or one of the postal options. Check all your personal details and card information is correct - the last four digits of the long number are shown. You may use the Update Account button to add or amend details or change your payment card.
  2. Recalculate to ensure order details are updated correctly. 
  3. When you are happy then Submit Order.

If you wish to Cancel the order then you may use the Cancel Now in the header.

The system will confirm the order and then send you an email to confirm the details.

If you have any problems then please phone the club on 01392 411243 choosing option 2 or 3 between 9:30 and 4:30 and we will be pleased to resolve any issues or take your order over the phone.

By Post: Please check your renewal form and add or amend any missing or incorrect details.
To pay by card: Complete the card details and return the form to: Season Tickets, Exeter City Football Club, 
St James Park, Stadium Way, Exeter, EX4 6PX.

To pay by cheque: Please make cheque payable to ‘Exeter City AFC Ltd’ and then return with the form to: 
Season Tickets, Exeter City Football Club, St James Park, Stadium Way, Exeter, EX4 6PX.

At the Club: Please check your renewal form and add or amend any missing or incorrect details. Then take the form to Reception at St James Park where you can pay by cheque, cash, credit card or debit card. Opening times are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Reception is also open before matches, and after Saturday matches until 6pm, but is likely to be extremely busy so please allow plenty of time. Card details are only required if you are paying by card on a postal application.

Concessionary Prices and Qualifications

Seniors: Born before 1st January 1954 – proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City system.

Under-18: Born after 1st September 1999 – proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City system.

Student: Must be in full-time education for the 2017/18 academic year and will require proof in the form of confirmation of their registration from the school, college or university. Part-time students do not qualify and will be required to pay the appropriate rate.

Under-12: Born after 1st September 2005 – proof of date of birth will be required if it is not already recorded on the Exeter City system.

Disabled: Disabled tickets are only issued to registered disabled and proof will be required.Disabled persons using designated areas will qualify for the concession rate but all others must pay the appropriate normal price. An additional free personal assistant ticket is issued to the disabled person where appropriate. There is no charge for this ticket but there are commitments and strict rules to usage.

The club reserves the right to refuse any application for a concessionary rate if appropriate evidence is not provided.

Season Ticket Collection and Post

All existing season ticket holders’ seats will be reserved until 30th June 2017. If not taken up by then the seats will be released for general sale.

Season Tickets are in the form of 23 individual match tickets in a wallet.

Collection: Season Tickets will be available for collection in person after 1st July 2017. You will be required to provide proof of identity and sign for any tickets you collect.

Post: For those that requested their ticket to be posted they will be dispatched by first class post during mid July 2017.
