Season Ticket FAQs

Early Bird tickets are available from 12pm on Wednesday, April 29, through to 5pm on Wednesday, June 30.

Please note: While Government guidance remains in place, we want to avoid gatherings of people purchasing tickets from the Club Shop, to ensure we are doing our part to minimise the risk of COVID spread. Therefore, Early Bird Tickets will be available online via the new ticketing system or via the Box Office phoneline only until Monday, May 31.
Season Saver tickets: Thursday, July 1 to Monday, August 2.

We have been optimistic and have not planned for social distancing measures. However, we cannot rule out the government reintroducing these measures or setting a limit on the number of spectators allowed, should this be the case, we will find the fairest solution for supporters to attend. Season Ticket holders will have absolute priority over all other spectators, subject to any EFL regulation on the presence of away supporters.

We will be following Government guidelines which may vary. We will share this information with you as soon as we have it.

We are planning to have hospitality available, however that may change if social distancing and capacity regulations come into force.

We are unable to answer this now but remain hopeful that the vaccination programme will be successful and prevent the requirement for further local or national lockdowns or restrictions on attending live football.

Yes. As per the 2020/21 season, the club will be offering a refund for those games that government restrictions may prevent you from attending. This refund would be issued in two stages, at Christmas and the end of the season.

We hope so but this will be determined by stadium capacity for the match, the number of Season Tickets sold and EFL regulations regarding away supporters. Match pricing will start from £20 per adult to stand in the terrace or £26 per adult for a seat, which further enhances the value of a 2021-22 season ticket.

We expect that in the event of attendances at games in the 2021-22 season being disrupted or capacity limited, then the iFollow stream will continue to be available.

You will be able to renew your usual seat. However, if social distancing restrictions are in place, it is unlikely that you will be able to be seated there. Of course, we will do our very best to get you as close to your usual seat as possible.

Seats will be held until midnight on July 9, after which they will be released for General Sale.

Yes, you have the choice during the Early Bird and Season Saver period to move to any other available seat. However please be aware if social distancing restrictions are in place, it is unlikely that you will be able to be seated there.

This short video below explains how to move seats:

Seat moves requested once the 21/22 season has commenced will be subject to a £5 admin fee.

If during the season you would like to change seats, block, or stand for a single match, please contact tickets@ecfc.co.uk 48hrs prior, charges will apply, and changes will be subject to availability.

You will find any tickets held in your name, under the subscriptions tab.

It could be one of two things.

  1. You have not supplied the Tickets team with a unique email address
  2. When you login to your account for the first time, you will be required to reset your password. Please select the 'Forgotten Password' option on the login page.

You will be able to purchase tickets from the clubshop from Thursday, June 1.

Please note physical tickets will not be ready for posting/ collection until Monday, July 12.

Yes, we do accept cheques either over the counter at the Club shop, from Thursday, June 1 or via the post.

The following information should be included on the reverse of the cheque: name, priority number and seat location.

Cheques should be made payable to Exeter City Football Club and post to ECFC Tickets, St James Park, Stadium Way, Exeter EX4 6PX

Unfortunately, not.  For security purposes an individual can only access their own information via an online account.

Season Tickets for a group can be purchased by a single person but will need to be bought via the Box Office and will have to be processed individually as separate orders as Season Tickets must be in the name of the person using them, (with the exception of personal assistant tickets).

You should have recieved an email already explaining how to redeem. If not, then please email tickets@ecfc.co.uk.

Having reviewed the sales data from the last 3 years, we found that  99% of those who did apply for Student Season Tickets fell into the 18-23 age bracket. We took the decision to replace the Student Season Ticket with a Young Person Season Ticket, which also allows us to extend the concession to a far wider group of young people on other education courses, apprenticeships and just starting work.

We are hoping to announce some Student specific deals as the season progresses.

No, you can stand anywhere on the Big Bank. However, there are painted spots on the steps to manage social distancing should this be required.

It’s likely that your permissions have not yet been activated on your account.

To activate your permission, we need to complete and apply some validation checks to your account within our new ticketing system. While we appreciate our ask for validation may be frustrating to those who have previously supplied it, the club want to ensure we are doing everything in our power to guarantee inclusivity for all supporters.  You will only need to supply eligibility documentation this once; doing so will provide ongoing access to personal assistant tickets (automatically discounted at checkout) as well as providing booking access to all areas of the stadium.

If you would like to register, here is a link to the online access requirement form.

Physical paper tickets will be posted or available for collection from Monday, July 12.

From June 25, eTickets will appear in immediately in your online account. Please note for eTickets purchased up until June 25th these will only have placeholder information available such as EFL Home Game 1 – these tickets can be used to attend matches.

Opponent information will only appear on eTickets from Friday, June 25, once EFL have released match fixtures.

This small charge is in relation to the printing and collating of physical tickets.  Alternatively, to avoid collection queues why not try our new and free eTicket service, which you can either chose to print at home or scan from a mobile device.

  3. You may have previously shared an email address with someone else in the system.

It could be one of two things.

Unfortunately, due to the different ways the old and new systems handle season tickets, we currently cannot display the information on your previous season ticket. Please rest assured, although the information is not displayed all 20/21 tickets are still valid.

As soon as Season tickets are released for Early Bird, seated reservations will show in the Season Ticket tab of your online account. For Big Bank as there are no seats to reserve, these can be purchased in the normal way.
