Kevin Nicholson was appointed as assistant manager to Gary Caldwell in November 2022.
Kevin, who has been with the club since 2019, has already been working closely with first team manager Gary Caldwell after leading the Grecians for an interim period.
Club president and director of football, Julian Tagg, said: "We are delighted that Kevin has accepted the offer to become assistant manager. It’s been fantastic to see him already working so closely with Gary and I think their individual skillsets will work very well together.
