Over the last few years the Supporter Experience Roundtables has been extremely beneficial for you - our supporters/Members, the Club and the Supporters' Trust.

Now that things are more settled it is important that these opportunities are established with you again. The next in-person Supporter Experience Roundtable meeting will take place at SJP on Thursday, February 5 from 6:15pm to 9pm (5:45pm arrival).

Whilst we are extremely proud of the level of supporter experience we provide at St James Park we are always looking to listen and further develop your matchday experience.

Feedback from recent EFL Family Excellence Audit by an independent EFL “mystery shopper” has been very positive.  The recent social media survey has also produced a lot of positive comments and more importantly some areas to work on. These feedbacks with the forthcoming Roundtable confirms the Club and Trust commitment to enhancing and meeting your increasing expectations.

We are committed to holding a series of Supporter Experience Roundtable meetings throughout 2026 which allow us to understand supporters’ experiences and to explore ways we can improve our engagement with supporters and the matchday experience at SJP. Previous meetings have proved very informative for both the Club and those who support them. 

Not wishing to change a winning formula, the Roundtable will continue to be hosted by Clive Harrison. Also present will be Richard Knight, club director, Supporters’ Trust Trustee and Supporter Liaison Officer and representatives from the Club’s management teams.
