Estates team hosting event at City training ground
Exeter City, in conjunction with DGM Turfcare Equipment and Blade Amenity are running an open day on sports turf renovation at the Cat & Fiddle training ground on Tuesday 21st May.
The first-team training pitch will be fraize mown, de-compacted, top-dressed and seeded. Various other end-of-season operations will be taking place across the training ground.
It will be a hands-on practical day with professional sports clubs’ groundsmen from Exeter City, Exeter Chiefs and the University of Exeter all sharing information.
Refreshments will be provided between 12.30pm and 7pm. And if you bring the chairman or treasurer of your club along to the event, you will be entered into a prize draw.
If you look after turf, you need to be there!
