Gosling makes first start and Matt Jay given squad number
Under-18 prodigy Matt Jay is handed a squad number for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie against Wycombe Wanderers, for his first involvement in the senior setup. He is given the number 27 shirt in the senior side.
Captain Danny Coles is rested for the fixture, meaning a place in centre-half for Scot Bennett.
Following his two-goal salvo at the weekend, Alan Gow is handed a starting berth against the Chairboys with Sam Parkin leading the line.
Jake Gosling is also handed his first start of the campaign, with David Wheeler on the other flank.
