Forward’s loan at the Park extended
The paperwork has been completed to extend the loan period of Alex Nicholls at Exeter City from Northampton Town for an extra month.Nicholls, 26, is now scheduled to stay with Exeter City until Sunday 26th October, when the Grecians travel to Morecambe.
The forward has been heavily involved with the Grecians since joining on loan from the Cobblers, and his match-winning goal away at Cambridge was his first for almost two years after returning from a lengthy spell sidelined with injury.
Due to the terms of the loan deal, Northampton have the option of recalling Nicholls at 24 hours’ notice at any time.
