A look ahead to the clash against the promoted Cobblers

EXETER CITY vs NORTHAMPTON TOWN
SKY BET LEAGUE 2
ST JAMES PARK
SATURDAY 16TH APRIL 2016
KICK-OFF: 3:00PM

EXETER CITY look for three points at St James Park tomorrow against a Northampton Town side that have already secured their promotion to Sky Bet League 1.

The Cobblers were convincing winners in the clash between the sides at Sixfields in the second week of the season, but this one promises to be a much more competitive affair, with the Grecians in red-hot form as they chase down the final play-off spot.

City are without Clinton Morrison, Matt Oakley and Will Hoskins, but otherwise have a fully-fit squad to choose from.

"I can’t speculate on Northampton – they’ve got promoted, but that could make them more confident or more relaxed. They haven’t lost a game for goodness-knows how long, and they still have the league title to win. We just have to assume that they’ll be at their best; that’s all we can do. The squad is pretty similar to how it was last week – Matt Oakley is out, and Clinton Morrison is out. But the rest of them are fit." - Paul Tisdale
