Exeter City Supporters' Trust elections and annual general meeting will take place over the next few months. Below are the details.
All Trust members with email addresses should now have received a Trustee election pack. Those of you without email have been sent a pack through the post, which should arrive in the next couple of days.
If you are considering standing for election to the Trust board, please note that you will need to complete the application form, get it signed by your three proposers (who must be Trust members) and provide your manifesto by noon on September 16.
Other important dates are - September 29: Deadline for ballot paper dispatch and invitation to submit questions to candidates.
September 18 - October 7: You will be able to communicate with candidates via various media
October 21: A ballot box will be available for your voting papers at St James Park on the day of the Port Vale home match
November 1: Deadline for return of ballot papers 5pm
November 11: AGM and election results. Venue to be confirmed
