All you need to know about visiting Boundary Park

Are you thinking of travelling to Boundary Park on Saturday, December 22, for our game against Oldham Athletic? If so, here is all you need to know ahead of the match.

STADIUM: BOUNDARY PARK (OL1 2PA)

Boundary Park has a capacity of 13,513. The stadium takes its name from the fact that it lies northwestern extremity of Oldham, with the boundaries of Royton and Chadderton lying immediately to the north and west of the ground. Exeter City fans will be in the Chadderton Road end of the ground.

GRECIAN TRAVEL

Grecian Travel will be departing for Oldham at 7.30am on Saturday, December 22, from outside Unit 1 nightclub. The fare for the trip to Boundary Park is ÂŁ36.

BY RAIL

Getting to Oldham by train, involves first getting to Manchester Piccadilly and then catching a metrolink train out to Boundary Park. The closest metrolink station is Westwood, which is approximately 1.3 miles and a 20-minute walk to the stadium. If you catch the 8.23am train from Exeter St Davids on Saturday, December 22, you can arrive in Westwood for 1.43pm.

PUBS/FOOD

According to the footballgroundguide.com, The closest pub is the Clayton Green, which is a Brewers Fayre outlet and can be found two hundred yards from the corner of the Main Stand. There is also the Greyhound Inn, which is across Broadway down Holden Fold Lane. This pub welcomes visiting fans, shows Sky and BT Sports, offers real ale, serves freshly cooked food and is family friendly. It is also has a large car park which can accommodate coaches. The pub is around a 10-minute walk away from the visitors’ turnstiles.

You can also call the club during the normal office hours on 01392 411243 or visit the club shop & reception in person between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note that adult ticket prices are ÂŁ4 cheaper in advance. Senior/student/under-21 and under-18s are also ÂŁ2 cheaper in advance. 

Ticket prices in the Chadderton Road Stand are as follows:

  • Adult: ÂŁ18
  • Senior (over 65): ÂŁ8
  • Students: ÂŁ8
  • Under-21: ÂŁ8
  • Under-18s: ÂŁ5
