The Exeter City Foundation pays out cash winners every week and every month of the year, but a further benefit of the Foundation is that there are a number of 'money can’t buy' prizes too.
One of these is for the winner and a friend/family member to enjoy hospitality on match day in the Boardroom alongside the other directors, and to enjoy the match from the best seats in the ground.
This year’s winner was Colin Baker, seen in the picture above with his friend Adrian Peacock, who enjoyed his ‘elevation’ in the recent 1-1 draw with Carlisle United.
Colin is well known around the Park as he acts as odd job man, helping out on many fixing and cleaning tasks during the week, and what’s more he didn’t need any directions in getting to the Boardroom.
As for Adrian, it was his first ever game of football he had watched, and he really enjoyed the experience. Of course, Colin told him, you can’t expect to be in the Boardroom every match!
