Exeter City will take on Blackpool in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The draw, which took place live on BBC 2 sees 32 non-league sides still left in the competition as they are joined by the 48 teams from League One and League Two.
The Grecians last met Blackpool at Wembley Stadium in the 2016/17 Sky Bet League Two play-off final, where City were narrowly beaten 2-1.
The first round is scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, November 10 but the day of the tie is yet to be confirmed.
The Grecians had a memorable campaign last season which saw them reach the third round and take on then Premier League side West Bromwich Albion at St James Park.
