Exeter City will face Tiverton Town at Ladysmead in the first round of the Devon St Luke's Bowl on Tuesday, September 11 in a 7:45pm kick-off.
The winner of the tie will play the winner of Ivybridge Town vs Buckland Athletic in the Quarter-Finals.
The match will feature an Exeter City under-23 side.
