Exeter City Manager Matt Taylor has been shortlisted for the EFL Sky Bet League Two manager of the month award for August.
The start of a new era at Exeter City, and Matt Taylor's debut first-team management season, saw the Grecians take ten points from the opening 5 matches in August which started with an impressive 3-1 win over Carlisle United on Saturday, August 4.
Matt has been nominated alongside Danny Cowley of Lincoln City, John Sheridan of Carlisle United and former City boss Paul Tisdale, now at MK Dons.
The winner will be announced this Friday. The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ EFL League expert Don Goodman; EFL Marketing Director Drew Barrand, League Managers’ Association Director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL Trader Mikey Mumford.
