Following the proposal by clubs indicating that the League 2 season be ended due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have decided that now is the right time to process refunds for those supporter who had purchased tickets for the games versus Plymouth Argyle, due to be played in March.
The club will work through online orders and refund to the payment card that the tickets were purchased on.
For those customers who purchased in person we will arrange a refund process and make contact by way of the email details we have on your customer file.
The majority of staff remain on furlough under the government job retention scheme and we would appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Please allow 7 days for a refund to be processed and then after this time, should you have a query then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Several supporters have expressed the desire to donate to the club any monies due from refunds for cancelled games. If you would like to do this, please email email@example.com with your full name, and address so this extremley kind gesture can be processed.
