The EFL fixtures are set to be released at 9am, and will appear at: exetercityfc.co.uk/fixtures.

Key dates for the 2021/22 season are as follows:
- Saturday, August 7, 2021: The opening day of fixtures for the 2021/22 season get under way.
- W/C August 9, 2021: Round one of the Carabao Cup.
- W/C August 30, 2021: Round one of the EFL Trophy.
- Saturday, May 7, 2021: The final day of the Sky Bet League Two season.
