Due to a number of suspicious bookings for away tickets for Saturday's match against Ipswich Town at Portman Road tickets sales have been switched off online.
Tickets can now only be purchased over the phone, in person from the shop and those supporters will need to have an existing ticket account with a history of online activity.
Tickets are on sale until 9am on Friday, April 28.
Please note: There is no pay on the day available for this match so you will need to book in advance. Please do not head to the stadium without a ticket.
Tickets are available at the following prices, including an allocation in the lower tier which is recommended for ambulant disabled and those attending with younger children over the age of 5:
|Ticket Type||Block V1/V2||Block S LOWER TIER (ambulant/children over 5)||Block DA Wheelchair|
There is no pay on the day.
Disabled Ticketing - There are 4 pairs of tickets for wheelchair users; these are in the Magnus Group West Stand (Block DA) and not with the rest of your supporters. This is a mixed home/away fan disabled area.
There are also 24 tickets for ambulant disabled supporters located in Block S in the Lower Tier of the Cobbold Stand.
These will be alongside City supporters that wish to sit and enjoy the game. Ipswich Town ask that these are made up by those attending with younger children (Over 5) or those unable to stand for long periods.
Ambulant disabled supporters wishing to sit in the Upper Tier can do so but please note that there is no lift access or accessible toilet facilities in this area.
For Disabled Parking, please contact Ipswich's Disability Liaison Officer Lee Smith on 01473 400 556.
