Following Sunday's Party at the Park and launch of the brand new 2023/24 Adidas home and away strips, we have provided some answers to some common questions we have been asked.
Sunday saw nearly 1,000 shirts sold with the shop taking double the amount from last season's kit launch - what an fantastic response from the Grecian family!
Some shirts are already sold out in store and online, when will new stock be coming in?
We are in constant communication with our suppliers, Pro Direct, to ensure we can keep up with demand. We are gradually receiving more stock. It is worth noting that access to new stock is much easier to procure than our previous suppliers due to Pro Direct's location being Newton Abbot.
Currently, we are sold out of all kids away kit sizes, age 11-12 in the home shirt, and M, L and XL in both kits.
When will the training wear be available?
As above, we are in constant communication with Pro Direct, so will gradually be receiving more stock.
When will shorts and socks be available for kids?
As above, we are in constant communication with Pro Direct, so will gradually be receiving more stock.
When does the new third shirt launch?
The brand new third shirt will be made available at our friendly with Coventry City at St James Park on Saturday 29 July.
Why is the age 5-6 the smallest available?
As the new strip is from the 'teamwear' range, this is currently the smallest size that they make. However, we are looking at a solution to ensure there is kit available for our youngest Grecians.
When will printing be available?
Shirt printing for non-player specific shirts will be available from week commencing Monday 10 July. Our shop team are responsible for printing, so they will be working hard to prioritise current online orders during the first week of sale.
Player specific name and numbering will be available once the squad numbers for 23/24 are announced later this month.
How do the shirts fit?
The new shirts are more 'true to size' than our previous supplier. Your standard clothing size should be perfect, but for a looser, comfier fit you can go one size up.
Will the women be wearing grey shorts?
Given the recent conversation in women's football surrounding menstruation, the Exeter City Women's team have opted for a dark grey short for their 2023/24 kit.
I've ordered my shirt online - when will I receive it?
Our small but brilliant shop team will be working hard to fulfil the over 300 online orders that were received on Sunday. Please allow time for these to be processed over the next few days.
How can I apply my Season Ticket or Trust discount?
Discount cannot be applied online, it can only be done in store. Alternatively, you can call the club shop on 01392 411243 to place an order with your discount.
How much is a full kit?
A full adult kit is £88, and a full kids kit is £71.
