We are looking for outgoing helpful supporters prepared to volunteer for 45-90 minutes before matches or 10-15 minutes post match. Not every match, but when you are free to help.
The people behind your match day experience are there helping make St James Park that special place (or as it is now known 'Somewhere Just Perfect') where win, lose or draw supporters can enjoy the match in the best way ECFC.
Ambassadors
Over the last ten seasons Exeter City have nurtured a valuable team of volunteer and enthusiastic ambassadors who provide all supporters with information, assist with feedback, enquiries and complaints at all first team home matchdays at St James Park.
The ambassador programme started in 2013 from a desire to meet the needs of new supporters and in particular families making their first visit but has blossomed beyond all expectations. The sole aim of the role is to ensure that all supporters (home and away) have the opportunity to enjoy a memorable experience playing a key role in delivering the best service possible to supporters.
Singled out in the recent EFL Family Excellence Audit “the Grecians have offered one of the most friendly, engaging and innovative match day experiences across the League. Their well-established club ambassadors are one unique way in which they create such a welcoming vibe.” The service is built on a misquote for the SAS “Who Cares Wins.”
This is a purely volunteer role but you can be assured that you will get a real sense of fulfilment as supporters old and new acknowledge your invaluable contribution to their match day.
We would welcome interest from all supporters who would like to help contribute to this vital service. In particular, those who are currently involved in or would like to enhance their customer service experience or enrich their CV.
Your duties will end 15 minutes before the start of each game to ensure you are in the stadium and don’t miss any of the action.

50/50 Sellers
The Exeter City Supporters’ Club 50/50 sellers volunteer to raise additional funds for the Academy and ensure a bumper prize for a lucky supporter each match. Could you help them raise another £21k for the Academy next season and make 23 City supporters c£1000 better off?
To thank them you for your contribution you will receive access to matches.
Volunteers will be required to attend the ground prior to gates opening and sell at designated points around the ground returning to the matchday office just prior to kick off. Availability for all homes games is essential.

Keep City Tidy
Helpers are always welcome at the end of games. Many visiting directors, as they depart the stadium, comment how impressed they are at the sight of City supporters delaying their departure to help tidy the stadium. If you can spare 15 minutes after games please let us know.
If you can’t spare the time please help the KCT team by picking up you rubbish and depositing it in bins as you leave the stadium.
