Exeter City FC would like to thank supporters for their support in managing the walkways at St James Park in recent match days.
We will be increasing the capacity of standing terraces in both home and away terraces as a result of this, back towards the full capacity.
In order to help with queuing inside the stadium for catering outlets we have moved searching on stadium way entrances to outside of the turnstiles.
We thank supporters for their help in this move which allows searching to take place similar to other venues across the country before entry. This is in accordance with ground regulations and good practice to ensure everyone safety within St James Park and your understanding of this is appreciated.
We ask that supporters use the text service 'Help ECFC' to 62277 to report any safety concerns around the stadium on a match day. Thank you to those supporters who do report incidents that allow us to improve match days for all at SJP.
Unfortunately, we have had to hand out bans to supporters this season following use of discriminatory language and excessive foul and abusive language. We are a family club and Tuesday night's match against Middlesbrough was a fantastic atmosphere for those in attendance. We want to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy the match so please continue to support your club in making SJP a place we are all proud of.
One final thing we would like supporters to take note of is that supporters will not be able to gather in the car park after the final whistle due to safety. Supporters will be required to remain in the fanzone and not enter the car park. This is for the safety of supporters and we hope you understand.
Thank you for your support!
