Exeter City will host fellow League One side Wigan Athletic in the Emirates FA Cup first round.
The draw sees City take on this Saturday's opponents twice at St James Park in just a few weeks.
The first round proper will be held between Friday 3 and Monday 6 November, with clubs at this stage picking up £40,000 from the competition's prize fund.
