New signing Jack Fitzwater has given his first interview after signing for the club on Tuesday.
Fitzwater becomes Caldwell's 11th signing of the season and joins on the day the club celebrates 20 years of Supporter Ownership.
Having been a free agent over the summer, Fitzwater turned down offers from other clubs and 'jumped' at the chance to become a City player.
"I'm absolutely delighted, it has been perfect," Jack said.
"When I knew Exeter were interested, it's flown by and it's been done really quickly. I first got the phonecall on Thursday and had a really good chat with the manager.
"I knew then this was the place I wanted to be. I cannot wait to get started. There is a feel good factor about the club and the way they have started the season is fantastic, it's ideal for me coming down here.
"I feel like I have a point to prove back here in England I just want to kick on and get started."
