The Academy will be hosting their annual tournament for 2025/26 age groups U6-U12 at the Cliff Hill Training Ground on Friday 12, Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June 2026.

General information and rules:
- Coaches meeting at ECFC tent 15 mins before first KO
- Medals for all players
- A trophy for winning team.
- Game length TBC
- Group stage followed by knockouts
- 5v5 format
- Max squad of 8 players per team
- Timings are strict - if you are not on your pitch before KO time the game will start without you
- Rolling subs
- No offsides
- No Retreat Line
- No passbacks
- U6 - U10 No heading
- U6 - U10 Kick-ins/Dribble-ins (Cannot score directly)
- U11 - U12 Throw-ins
- Knockout games decided by 3 penalities if a draw (No extra-time)
- Subs cannot take a penalty
Spectators:
Parents/Guardians can watch all games, there are strictly no spectators allowed on the grass or 3G playing surfaces. For those on the 3G there is viewing access along the sides of the pitch and for those spectating on the grass, there is a stretch of gravel in-between the grass and the 3G as well as the pavement along the car park. A crowd barrier will be in place to display these viewing areas on the grass and fencing around the 3G.
Parking:
Parking will now be FREE. The parking for the weekend is limited. For this reason, each team has been allocated 5 spaces and anymore than this will have to find alternative parking elsewhere, a link to register vehicles for parking will be sent to Managers in due course.
Refreshments:
There will be a wide range of hot and cold food and drinks, BBQs and Ice Cream vendors across the weekend, all accepting both card and cash.
Club shop:
The mobile club shop will be on site in the food/drink area selling merchandise across the weekend.
Photos:
There will be individual and team photos taken across the weekend by a specialist company, these will be available to purchase from the central hub next to the entrance to the 3G. Each team will be asked to take a team photo at some point during the games, please be prepared for this.
Upon arrival, please sign your team in at the ECFC gazebo located in the central hub next to the entrance to the 3G. There will be a coaches meeting here 15 minutes before the first KO.
