Get your copy to commemorate the Dash
A commemorative DVD of the annual 2012 Santa Dash will be available to buy on Saturday, ahead of the match against Southend.
261 Santas lined the streets ahead of the match against Barnet, doing their annual dash from the Guildhall in town to St James Park. In the festive spirit, our participants did loads of fundraising and over £7000 has been pledged to charitable causes – including Help For Heroes, the Adam Stansfield Foundation, Prostate Cancer UK and Devon Air Ambulance.
The DVD costs just £3.50 to buy from the Trust stall outside Reception at the Park, and a percentage of profits taken will be donated to the Trust. It is around 30 minutes in length and includes highlights from the Dash itself, match action from Barnet including pitch-side camera angles, the half-time Santa shoot-out (between representative youth squads from Stoke Hill and Beacon Knights), and post-match/post-Dash reaction.
