Grecians to travel to Selhurst Park
Exeter City’s under-21 squad will play against their counterparts from Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Tuesday 29th October (kick-off 7pm) in the Under-21 Premier League Cup.
It is the inaugural year of the competition, and a total of 52 teams have entered.
The City youngsters came through their first preliminary round with a 4-1 win against neighbours Torquay United on October 1st, advancing to the second preliminary round and a trip to south-east London.
The Eagles and the Grecians will battle for a place in the Round of 32, where Category 1 Academy clubs enter the draw – including Chelsea, Arsenal, Aston Villa and West Ham in the southern section.
